rubyred Posted April 26, 2015 Report Share Posted April 26, 2015 (edited) Hi I have just got some once fired cases on a mate in 223.I will full length die the first time and trim to size.After I have shot them I will neck size do I need to trim them to size every time I neck size.thanks. rem708 Posted April 26, 2015 Report Share Posted April 26, 2015 Once a case is fire formed all you need to do is neck size. This virtually elimates metal flow which is the cause of case elongation.
