deadeye ive Posted April 10, 2007 Report Share Posted April 10, 2007 You know how to strip the tail off the bone ? This is a method told to me by an old fella and it works . You need Large coffee jar C/W lid. Mineralised Metholated spirits . Ground or crushed sea salt fine grade . Small Tundish /Funnel. Insert funnel into tail and apply salt ,as much as it takes to fill . Place in to coffee jar and fill brim full with meths and apply lid making sure no air is present Leave for 3 months .
