That's it for trial, just gotta sort a nice stainless screw.

From evidence on the removed roll pin the disassembly was not the reverse of the assembly. When you look at the picture in post #68 you can see the roll pin. You would automatically think this was installed last i. e. lever into action, pivot pin through action and lever, then roll pin through lever thus trapping the pivot pin. This is not the case, they were/are assembled, roll pin fully installed into the lever, lever placed into the action and the pivot pin driven through the action and lever. The pivot pin just clashes with the roll pin sufficient to create a retainer. There is no way the pivot pin can be removed first, the roll pin has to be pushed through the lever and past it. Just something to remember when or if I ever reinstall the parts...with new roll pin.

You would not think obtaining a new coiled spring pin, 2mm dia x 5mm long, would be that difficult. I want one to press into the lever in the event I put it back to default.

One seller could only supply minimum quantity of 120 pins at £28 another would sell 6 pins but with minimum order of £25 which with VAT and post worked up to £35.

I suspect one from a Browning gun dealer would be £10+ going on what another member paid for a small spring.

Anyway I managed to talk a very nice sales lady into a few samples. They are 2mm x 6mm but there's plenty of room inside.

Amended: Just had this quote MOQ for this item is 4000pcs @ £18.88/1000pcs = £75.52 + £10.50 carriage + VAT

Well, after a few shoots now and 400 cartridges through the gun I can say I am enjoying it immensely. I am now using the Invector Plus 1/4 which is capable of good clean breaks at 40 metres though I will try the cylinder next time out. I have also been able to remove the padding from my new jacket. No problems with the new blanking plate installed...other than I should have tightened the M3 screw a little more.

The only fault I can find with the guns design is the fitting of a HiViz TriComp foresight...I have already lost one LitePipe.
