Pistol*Pete
So the farmer who's land i shoot over is drilling it this week. Im not sure what with? Ive never shot over it? Is it just the same as stubble? And i know this i may sound like a really silly question... But do you walk over it? how do you put the decoys out? TIA
aga man
Hi Pete, your farmer will probably be drilling winter wheat, it can be a draw to pigeons for a brief spell at this time of year, as germination is usually fairly quick. The same decoying method used on stubbles works just the same on drillings. You will be fine to walk across the drillings but don't drive on them. Good luck. Shotguneddy
Yeah same as above perfectly fine to walk on when drilled. Driving on it probably cost you your perm so that's a no no. Anyway good luck get some for me
