peejay
just wondered if anyone reloads 222 with vit110? had half a tub given me by the person i had gun off,and dont realy want to let it go to waste..... im using 40gn vmax with it. found a couple of loads but seems you hardly need any powder-max 16gn-- for a load? Underdog
Think it is close to h110 in performance. II can not speak for v110 but I would never choose h110 for 222!
Alycidon
N110 is shown in my Vit manual (3rd edition) for 222 for use with 40 and 45 grain bullets only. Personally I would have said it was to hot for ideal results as for a close velocity spread and tight groups you need a nice case full of powder, I can see slower powders with load info up to 22 grains so at 13 grains of N110 you are only about 60% full. Check the VIT site for more up to date info before using but if you do use dont expect clover leaf groups as there is likely to be a fair velocity spread.
