Medic1281
I'm off to haimwood tomorrow with a novice shooting friend from work. He's been a couple of times and enjoyed it, but due to me having my own clay traps I've never been to a proper clay ground for a shoot before. Is haimwood a good ground. Are they friendly there? Any one off here shoot there? I've got a feeling I'll prob show myself up by missing everything but never mind. I can only get better!! johnphilip
Its a very nice ground, set in some trees,it is run by Mark and Julie, .every week they move the traps around so its never the same. It can be quite hard at times, it has been set up as a sporting layout. If you go up the crowsnest just be carefull, its a bit steep, the shed at the top can be quite hard very fast crossers, there is a nice duck that comes over the bank infront of you. One of my favorites..i will leave the rest for you to workout yourself.
