bunny_blaster
My 7 month old cocker has started hiding things like toys etc anywhere he can. Is there anything I can do to stop him? I've tried distracting him when he looks like he's trying to hide them but it doesn't seem to stop him doing it. Any advice appreciated Cheers Ben
Albert 888
Was he kenneled with other dogs, we had a Patterdale that hid pigs ears under pillows behind sofas, and on a pheasant shoot used to run off with shot birds and try to burry them. Put it down to saving it for later. Edited January 13, 2016 by Albert
PERCE
It's quite common in Cockers Stop letting him have access to things to hide, you must not let him carry on doing this.. Work on him bringing you things back, doesn't have to be a dummy, nothing formal, just play.
