I think the 240 blitz is a bit bigger than mine, but I have a hammer, so it should fit. :)

The circuit board was placed inside the lens housing, and I wired the rest into the handle. I have now removed it though.

What I have done with my other lamp is to velcro the variable power control to the top of the battery, then connect the leads into a plug, and the lamp connects to the plug. I use the lamp in one hand and control the power output with the other. Not perfect, but it works. :good:

 

I use these connectors, which are far better.
