timmyra608
Hi guys,I managed to bag myself a goose this morning and have just got back from roost shooting and have half a dozen pigeons so just wondered if any of u chaps have a recipe for the slow cooker. I would like to put both the goose and pigeon in. Cheers Tim
oldypigeonpopper
hello, only for the pigeons and small cooker, boil a kettle put in slow cooker with an oxo cube then with pigeon/ veg like swede parsnip and onions pots diced and herbs with a dash of red wine, leave 4/6 hours then use liquid in cooker for gravy then eat with the left over wine
Lord Geordie
Has nobody tried to butterfly a goose breast and make a Kiev or some such dish? Bacon cheese and garlic Kiev maybe?
