Velocette
I've just bought a lovely A300 in tidy condition and want to adjust the stock height to be the same as my A302. The "shim" under the stock retaining nut is a 55 whereas the A302 has a 60. I wondered if anyone has a spare 60 as these seem to be hard to find outside the States. thanks,,Velo. TDS
If its the older a300 I would make one ...its only a small bit of steel plate. drill the hole 5mm further up.. You have a template in your 302 I had a 55mm in my a303 , comb was far too high so used a 65mm..purchased mine from Brignolia armi in Italy You will also have to file the head of the stock inlet where it fits the receiver to get the required drop Manual here for a303 but the same applies to A300 http://stevespages.com/pdf/beretta_a303.pdf
Velocette
That's a good idea,,,and thanks for the tip regarding the stock inlet. I did notice that the recoil spring tube was touching the inside of the stock when I tried to get it as low as my A302. Velo.
