Ferretboy111
I do, have 2 long thin jills i use for the job, they hate rats with a passion but it does take abit of time for them to work the holes as they are very tight for them. Alex .410 then picks them off
Ferret Master
I choose not to as a big doe rat could rip a ferrets throat out.
Paul in North Lincs.
I often work ferrets on rat burries over terrier or gun..............can be some brutal battles though as a bitch rat on young is a formidable adversery, that can inflict serious damage on you ferret.......it takes a certain type to be effective on rats......the 'kill em' and move on type
