Hendrix's rifle
I have a home made setup using a kpc700 camera and screen and what not. The issue I have is I zeroed at 30 using a lamp before swapping over to nv. I checked to make sure it was ok and it was bang on. So after a mooch around I managed to get within 25 yards of a rabbit. Aimed, shot and missed? Went off to the left. Tryed again thinking it was me, again, to the left. Went to recheck zero and it had moved around 3 inches. After setting it back up I put the nv on and bang on again, any ideas? I'm using an SMK 18-19 with a Nikko Stirling 6x40 mountmaster. Scope problem? Issue with nv? Last thing I want is to shoot and injure anything so any help would be appreciated thank you
Alpha Mule
I had a Nikko Stirling 3-9*50 from new and if you looked at it wrong the zero would drift all over the place. Try setting your zero during the day with the 'NV' already fitted and test.
