wymberley
Farage is spot on. We so need to get control once again of out fish stocks. Whereas this is perfectly valid, having done so, who do we get to exercise that control because if memory serves correct, before we relinquished it whoever was doing it had made a right hash of it already. Edit: PS Extract from Fisheries and Energy Use by Peter Tyedmers: Among these fisheries, particularly those targeting high- value species, it is now common for direct fossil fuel energy inputs alone to exceed the nutritional energy embodied in the catch by at least an order of magnitude Edited April 18, 2016 by wymberley

wymberley
So who made the new rules, was it civil servants or politicians? Blackpowder Somebody who didn't have a clue otherwise they'd have made it a requirement to use barbless (or crimped) hooks.
