mosa
hello there i have just been out with a newly aquired second hand semi auti. It fires fine, on target but cartriges dont come out. They try but seem to get stuck. I was using 30g clear pigeons if that helps!! do i need heavier or does the gun need looking at?
Oly
What gun, roughly how old/no of carts through it & what size chamber?
jef
You might want to try cleaning out the gas ports on the bottom of the barrel. If possible just try a different cartridge. I would have thought 30g shells wouldn't have a problem but some auto's have a preference for cartridges. I always shot Gamebore XLR's through my 302 and never had a problem. Until I bought a new batch of the very same cartridge, the only difference was the writing on the shell, it wouldn't cycle them. The cartridge would always jam in the breech, crimp pointing out the way which is what I assume yours is doing. JF
