Richie10
Had it in both feet, for a good few months, worse after resting or sleeping. Carried on walking like I do every morning, walking through the pain. Seems to have gone for now, hopefully not to come back.
Scully
give it a couple of weeks scully and wear them as often as you can I think the condition comes on because the lack of support in the arch of you foot so the more you wear them the quicker the relief comes just my 9 peneth good luck with it mate but it will get a lot better the more you wear them Cheers. Day three now and although the pain is still there it is very manageable. GP told me it isn't an 'indefinite' ailment, but I've had it over six months this time around. Apart from that he couldn't offer any advice or help!
norfolk dumpling
And take glucosamine - really helps and aching joints (old man syndrome!) much better and if I stop taking for a while I soon ache again.
