I for one have suffered in the past from very poor service at the hands of Durham Firearms department to the point of asking BASC for assistance, that said since relocating to Peterlee, Durham firearms have upped their game and the service I have personally received is much improved, my last two 1 for 1 variations have been turned around in days and my latest new variation has taken one working day to complete. Well done Durham on the much needed improvemts and long may it continue.

I've never had a variation with Durham take longer than a week, my last 1 for 1 also only took 1 working day. Dropped it off on the Thursday afternoon picked it up on the Monday. Some seem to have problems with hem I personally haven't had any regarding a variation.
