Guys,

Can anyone tell me how to remove the ejectors from the barrels? I figured that perhaps fully compressing them they'd pivot off from the front as is routine, but don't want to risk being heavy handed. I've spotted the holes in the arms and figure they're lubrication ports.

From memory, you compress the ejectors a bit and poke a small screwdriver down the hole in the ejector. This compresses a leaf spring and enables the ejector to slide back out.

Close, it's a coil spring serving two plungers. When you release the first and slide the arm back the freed plunger gets airborne - fortunately I caught it.

Oops - it's some years - about 20 years - since I owned one.

For info, if anyone is not in the know, the larger diameter end of the plungers goes in first (doesn't seem right) as it has a rebate which locates the spring.

The earlier 68G Lauronas had leaf springs and Square block firing pins, the later 85 series 85MS etc had conventional round firing pin layout not on the square block, i was told leaf square pin block conventional coil spring if there was any crosover of the two not sure.
