steve_b_wales
I've had the above rangefinder for many years. But I noticed that it wasn't giving true readings. First off, it wouldn't 'measure' anything less than 50 yards, something which it did when I bought it new. And recently, when ranging a certain object such as a tree, it was giving different readings. Through Bushnell USA, I contacted Bushnell UK and informed them of the problem. They very kindly offered to take a look at it, and are going to send a pre-paid postage label. They stated that they can't guarantee that they can fix it, and will give me a estimate, should they be able to do so. They also offered to send it back free of charge, should the estimate be too expensive or it can't be repaired. That's what I call good service.
