also rty the cci velocitors more clout than the stinger and i found them accurate unlike stingers and other hv rounds

If we are heading off in that direction then I would agree with Colin, the Velocitor was heavy, (relatively) fast, arrived with a thump and pretty accurate in my CZ, as was the Yellow Jacket HP (about 1500ft sec if I remember correctly), worth a try perhaps, but the old story of individual barrels and ammo no doubt!

 

My HMR and WMR have taken over in this department now and both my current .22lr are sub sonic tools these days, and have been for some years!

Most everyone in the US will be using HV in a 22LR. I never saw a sub in the US until after I came here and learned what they were. You really have to look for them there.

As they did here in the days before sound moderators.

 

When I was much younger I never heard of subsonic .22, we only ever used HV ammo. Most people now confuse HV ammo with Hyper velocity ammo such as velocitor and stingers etc.
