Never really looked at it before but my old 12bore auto is stamped 900kg and I have been using steel and lead semi magnum loads marked 1050 bar. super sharp shooter
800kg is around the 780 bar so I would say no
wymberley
The 3 terms in the Title are now outdated. MPa is now in vogue. While all this has been changing so has the means of measurement - lead crusher, copper crusher and currently piezo-electric. Combine this with the rules concerning steel shot and the whole situation turns into a quagmire ready to trap the unwary. Please, please, check with a qualified professional, but it does look somewhat like a no no.
Guest cookoff013
Beretta 301 20bore 70mm chamber, reads '800kg' on barrel Cartridges RC 32g 5s 70mm reads '1050bar' on shell Safe to use?? Never really looked at it before but my old 12bore auto is stamped 900kg and I have been using steel and lead semi magnum loads marked 1050 bar. Unsafe. Magnum and standard steel. 1050bar loads are a no-no! 1050 bar loads have a statistical upper limit of 1200bar. That's the s2n variation. Do not use 1050bar ammo in that gun.
