WinchesterDave Posted October 31, 2016 Report Share Posted October 31, 2016 (edited) Last night I saw parked up, a nice Disco 3 with some kit on; winch, snorkel and roof rack etc, it looked great. However, on the side of the rack a large axe was attached. I didn't see how it was attached but it got me thinking as to what the legalities etc are over having such a tool exposed to the public. I suppose it needs to be 'fairly' easy to access but theoretically anyone could get it off... Just curious really.
