JJsDad
Brilliant for waterproof & windproof properties but not got the insulation of a tweed in really cold weather. When its really cold I use a heavy sweater underneath. Had mine about 6 years now and despite a couple of trips through the washing machine it is still 100% waterproof. They are not a cheap jacket but well worth the money when its hammering down and blowing hell`s teeth. Plenty of pockets and a really high collar which reduces the trickle that always gets down the neck. Keep your eyes on John Norris of Penrith, they have regular sales of all shooting clothing. welshwarrior
I've the old one and agree with the above but had mine a few years longer. However I believe this coat has been reworked from the old proven favourite.
steve d
Ive got the lite version and love it, i prefer that it doesnt have much if any insulation because i can wear it all year round. I just put my Snugpak Sleeka underneath it in the winter
