only the poor package is free, and you have to be a sky customer (less than free) There is a very low download limit set on this tarif, however their other tarif's such as the unlimited do offer good value at only £10 per month including free landline service. However they also do a £5 phoneline tarif offering free international calls for up to an hour.

 

Sky actually offer pretty good packages compaired to the competition, the major disadvantage is you have to be a sky customer.

had tiscali for 2 years this finished in a running battle never again, to be repeated. nearly finished up in court and all i wanted was to cancel the contract.

 

Know how you feel. Tiscali were one of the worst customer care experiences I've ever had - utter Tw*ts. Numerous calls to India failed to resolve the problems, even followed their complaints procedure only to be told I had to complain to those responsible for the maintenance by their 'dedicated complaints team' Would NEVER return calls as promised nor refund two months payments when I had NO service at all. Ended up emailing the CEO directly with a fully itemised account of their lies, deceit and shameful excuse for a service demanding a refund and wanting out. Got a call back within 20 minutes from someone in the CEO's office who wanted to cut a deal. Told them to stuff it as they were appalling - never again
