Crow shooting

Lovely shooting there Stevo but I still think if your new to shooting a 12 or 20 bore would be better choice to start with.

Sorry my bad. I have only just seen where he said he was new to it. In which case I would have to go along with a 12 gauge at least that way you will be covered for everything as your experience grows 👍

Thanks very much everyone for your advice. I will definitely get a 12 gauge.

Only thing I don't understand is when you shoot a crow with a 12 gauge with a huge bang how will any more crows come along

Dont stand in the middle of the field..

On a serious note, a good hide, preferably get there before the crows do, and if a large group come over resist the urge to take a shot. Crows are not stupid but will decoy if you hide yourself well enough.
