Blackpowder
Over the years I have made a wide variety of fruit flavoured spirits using garden and wild fruits. From sloe gin to wild cherry and wild plum brandy. Just decanted last years gooseberry vodka and it is the BEST. Chilled and /or partly frozen its awesome. Vodka, gooseberries and sugar its simple. Cheers Wash fruit well then freeze. Pour vodka into large kilner jar and add fruit to just cover. Start with 2 table spoons caster sugar, as more can be added so keep shaking the bottle and tasting.
