srspower
I went out with my brother and my nephew and niece on saturday for the first ferreting of the season. They got a little bored at times but it was a great family day

It's a pity we didn't have the dog, we tried long netting a rubbish pile and there was a huge rabbit in there but we couldn't get it out. Cranfield
My daughters used to accompany me on my ferreting trips from about 5 up to 13 years of age. They could set nets, neck rabbits and handle ferrets better than most blokes I knew. It is good to see the kids involved.

They got a little bored at first but once the rabbits started coming they loved it. Ted is still quite young so he took a lot of patience! But I think he will be a great hunter one day
