Walker570
I think I mentioned this before but now I have shot on three driven partridge/pheasant shoots with these 410 fibre wad reloads as per the recipe from John at Folkestone Engineering. They are the bees knees. I shot a 150 bird day today at Godwick Hall, Norfolk and there was a sudden silence when one gun asked me what I was shooting and I said a 410. Toward the end of the day there was a active discussion amongst some as to how the 410 must be equally as good a game cartridge as the others under NORMAL driven game days with birds 35 to 45 yrds. I killed five birds on the last drive the closest was 30yrds and the furthest my neighbour gun said must have been 45yrds, 4 partridge and a cock pheasant all stone dead on the plough. If you shoot a 410 and reload then check out the recipes given on the Folkestone Engineering web site.
aga man
It helps if you know where to put the load too, which you obviously do. Well shot.
