Westley
Been out today to clear an area and rebuild hide, cut back brambles and branches, to make life a little easier tomorrow. Try and pick a clearing in tree tops to shoot through. Get with wind into back, (they will prefer to come in against wind). Stay still until last second, then either shoot sitting down, or stand and shoot all in one movement. Oh, and buy an auto, they handle better and load easier in a hide ! PS. If you are sharing a wood with other shooters and you want to make yourself really popular, start shooting as soon as the birds are around 60 yards up/out ! Better still, let them come right in.
