Even though I had made a cpl errors the officer courteously phoned me for corrections and my renewals arrived 4 days later ( today) just had to say it on the plus side for them after some negative reports in the past. However it comes to something when we feel it neccesary to congratulate an organisation for doing the job they are paid to do!
