conor Posted July 3, 2007 Report Share Posted July 3, 2007 think that ws for me?? you are welcome down, this time of year not the best for lamping tho, only get a few hours if it goes dark at all. is it all flat fields up your way? myself and johngalway were out last nite only spied one and it took off like a rocket! myself and john might be up your side of the country one of the days, off up to mcbrides for an ammo run Conor yeah that was ment for you Its not all flat fields just a lot of tillage fields and silage fields once the wheat is cut you can get an awful site of foxes even at the moment there is a load about so there will be plenty about if your down hopefully Any ideas when ur tipping down to mcbrides?I know what you mean about the short nights but there does be a lot of foxes about this time of year.It would be an experience in itself doing a bit of shooting over your parts lovely area around connemara there headin up to mcbrides today mark, short notice, too late for a meet up. ill be away to turkey from the 27th july till 8thaugust. your more than welcome down before or after. its tough enough here sometimes because of all the cover makes it interesting! got one last nite all i could see was his head!! well done on the other foxes Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Hello frank wasnt out with daniel in a couple of weeks shot a good few rabbits with the hmr for him the other day.He had two litters of terriers the parents are toppers so id say the pups would be something else He rang me to go lamping foxes last sat night but was desperate wet so hopefully will get out this weekend.I heard the unfortunate news about your lurcher pup bet it broke your heart Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
