sitsinhedges
I think it helps to stop the shot chilling too quickly if it's moderately warm to begin with but I don't get too obsessed with it.

turbo33
I use fabric conditioner and have found the optimum temperature is to start it off at 37 degrees. The hot shot then will obviously raise it a bit. I pop a bucket of it on a propane boiling ring to get it up to temperature then transfer it to the shot coolant tank. Whilst that’s warming up, I get the shot droppers working consistently, ramp uniformly hot then it runs seemlesly. Works well for me.
