death from below
Having watched and learned from a mate who has ferrets, i have for along while now wanted to get into fereting. before getting into actually owning a couple of the little wrigglers I want(apart from the advice I recieve from my mate) to learn as much about the whole involvement of owning and working these lovely creatures. could anyone give me a pointer in the right direction for some good reading and/or dvd's to buy. I would also be very intereseted in hearing what sort of cage layout keeps them the most happy/occupied. Any help in advance would be greatly appreciated. palombier
DFB You won't go far wrong with Porter and Brown's 'The Complete Book of Ferrets', probably the best book on the subject. For the actual sport of ferreting I can recommend F.J. Taylor's 'Shooting Times Guide to Ferreting'. Hope this helps. Regards P
