It came as a shock to us all,but the new rules really aren't that difficult to understand i agree, its really not that hard to understand regarding the pigeon side of things, and as you say some of the facebook questions has really got me concerned some of these people have guns! i saw one chap telling the world he had got around the problem by using an airgun instead... words fail me some times.
