Couple of bbq briquettes and chippings.....

 

 

Ended up nicely cold smoked.............Meat is still RAW with a nice smoked coating..........

 

Next step.............pull it from bone....................cook it up..........press it down.................

 

 

 

Then Ill be eating it for about a week........................
