Baldrick
I decided I wanted a .22 Tracker last year, to sit alongside my trusty .177 HW80K. What a stupid purchase that was.... Despite replacing parts and doing a lot of fettling, the Tracker's rotary tap mechanism never worked - the alignment between the tap and barrel was never good. And the gun was incredibly loud, with such a short barrel. Honestly, buy an HW80 or an HW77. You won't go far wrong.

I have just bought a second hand one and it seems to be fine. All tap loading airguns whatever the make had some tap loading issues regarding alignment and sealing issues. My BSA,Webley and Relum seem to have no such issues, three of which were bought second hand.My Webley MK111 doesn't have any signs of wear on it and thats quite old.I haven't had the tap out of my MK1 Airsporter as yet as I have had no reasons to strip the gun.The Relum I bought back in the eighties and doesn't shown any signs of wear or accuracy problems.
