My understanding is that you pay your money, you then call to book the field that you are going on and thats it.

ferretmanabu
Are you actually a member yet? There is loads of land to shoot on from yorkshire down to birmingham. Farms should be easy enough to find using a 1:25000 scale map which you can print off from ordnance survey site. You still need to get out there and take a look before you go shooting to see where the birds are feeding, flightlines etc.

hawkeye
Have you even go a shotgun cert and insurance ,or a illigal shotty i thought only british citizens could apply. If he is a member of the NPPC he will have a shotgun certificate and insurance as you have to produce them to John Shooter before you can become a member... nelsonbernardo
thank's Hawkeye, for your answer.I went with John for a tution day ( great day and very nice man ) and i did all this questions to him.after that i went out shooting a few times and i had good results.i can't wait to go again. Thank's John for your help.......... *i don't know if i could apply or no, to NPPC with my portuguese Shotgun certificate, i don't think so, but i know i can shoot in the UK with my certificate ( Portuguese ).of corse i have a British Shotgun certificate, and was very easy to get him because i already have a Shotgun Certificate ( Portuguese).............E.U................ For example: if i decide to go for Woodpigeon Shooting in Argentina for a couple of days, i don't have to apply for a Argentina Shotgun Certificate. ok, cartridge? Sorry my English
