Old Boggy
I needed a replacement shotgun certificate due to all the columns now being full, so in the event of the purchase of another gun, there was no space to enter this. The advice by my FEO was that there was no charge for this, so I sent off my certificate with an accompanying letter by registered post on the Monday. I received the new certificate on the Thursday. Whilst I appreciate that this was not a renewal with all that's involved, namely doctor's letter etc, but nevertheless I still regard Kent Police's response as exemplary, so all credit to them.
