08shooter Posted August 20, 2007 Report Share Posted August 20, 2007 guys just in from a little 60 bird sporting shoot. i had absolute probs with a pair of birds crossing at distance,the trick was that they were going away from you at the same time. i managed 1 out of 10 at that stand. this hurt my score,i ended up with 45/60 which i was pleased enough with. high wind did nt help either. as i came first my prize was 100 gb shells. first time i lifted a prize so im over the moon. the shoot is run by a local pheasant syndicate to help raise money for the club. hence the small prizes.really getting to like sporting.
