BPD92
Hi, I've recently purchased a McNab 16 GA Highlander Shotgun, a B.Rizzini model. Can anyone tell me how to tell the year year it was made roughly. Serial number begins with 41. Also I paid €600 for it. Would this be considered a good price ? Thanks In advance
Old Boggy
Welcome to Pigeon watch. If you look under the barrels there will be two letters. Perhaps BT (2003) or similar. This is the date stamp of the year. Then google ‘Year of manufacture for Italian firearms’ . This will give a schedule of dates. That is a good price for an excellent gun. I’m assuming that the € was a typo and you meant £. If not, even more of a bargain. I have the same in 20 bore. Thanks In advance That sounds a cracking deal I think they are a massively underrated gun I did hope when Cheshire Gun Room took over the name we would start seeing them again but not as yet
