Pedro
Went out for a couple of hours after work this afternoon and shot ten pigeon just hiding in the hedge and using the downed birds as decoys on a recently sewn field of rape. Whilst breasting them I noticed that they'd all been eating different sorts of grub ranging from what I can only guess was drilled beans, (they were just starting to sprout), rape seed, barley, wheat and foliage of some sort. I think this is why it's so flippin hard to decoy them at the mo, too much grub around - AGAIN Anyone else noticed this? P.
Stealth Stalker
All the birds I've been shooting lately have been stuffed with wheat. SS
