Thanks in advance Swarovski service is carried out at their headquarters in Absam, Austria, but to return your binoculars for service they can be sent to the UK registered office at Swarovski Optik UK, Perrywood Business Park, Honeycrock Lane, Salfords, Surrey, RH1 5JQ.
