HaveToShoot
The farmer was having a problem so I tried to help out. Ended up with 20 carrion, 28 rooks, 12 jackdaws and a bonus magpie picked. Several shot birds went down in rough ground not on my permission. They sure love that flapper!!!!! HaveToShoot
Thanks guys I personally feel that crow decoying is great sport. I love calling them. Turned a good number of my birds shot with the call when the decoys alone just were not going to do it. AND doesnt cost you £35/bird A few crow decying questions : Is a motorized pecker cradle worth getting? Ive read on here about putting a crow on a bouncer. Ive tried it and seems to put them off. Im setting it up 30 or so yrds away from my decoys. What am I doing wrong? Any info would be appreciated

Well mate in your first statement you realised that you needed 'something else' to pull the birds, and NO don't waste effort and expense on a 'motorised pecker', don't bother with a bouncer, just stick with a couple of deeks and keep on calling 'em in
