Donnachaidh
I've seen a couple of AYA Countryman SxS's advertised recently. I've not heard much about this model before, although I've had several AYA's over the years. I'd be interested in hearing from those who either owns or has owned a Countryman. I'm looking for a gun for game shooting, and it looks like an affordable alternative to a No.2.

The one I saw also had less defined fences - but by all amounts, a nice gun.
Donnachaidh
Thanks, they certainly seem a bit of a rarity.
JohnfromUK
I have no personal experience of the Countryman model but there is some information here http://www.shotguns.se/html/post_diarm.html It is a good site for AyA in general. Gunman
All AyA sidelocks are based on the same action .Main differences are in the filing up and engraving and finish , better models had hand detachable locks .
