ditchman Posted January 8, 2023 Report Share Posted January 8, 2023 Finished off the belly pork in the freezer...so did that in the oven on its own...then cubed it up ...added water to the gravy from the pork and fried an oinion and vindaloo spices...chucked it all in a deep pan added stock from the pork....and just a little tomatoe paste to bring it all together very tasty ..cooked it yesterday ate it today...so the chili wasnt to hot...
