I've been to a certain NE-based manufacturer of subsea cables, and they too were doing load-outs near constantly. The machinery involved, together with the constant pressure to produce is truly something to behold, and I wish I could share the pictures I have. I'm sorry but a large offshore wind (or even onshore) wind project which has an inadequate tie to the grid is an utter failure. This is exactly the problem. The grid is inadequate, even down to individual village supplies.
