steve_b_wales Posted December 16, 2023 Author Report Share Posted December 16, 2023 (edited) I had an email from BASC informing me that you don't write the moderator onto the buyers licence and also no need to inform the police. The moderator was not entered onto my licence when I bought it, I just showed the RFD proof that I had one. It is not listed on my licence. Email from BASC Moderators for shotguns are not licensable items so would not need to be shown on your SGC, which means you can sell it to someone without entering onto their SGC.
