crossman lazer

I have had a crossman lazer for quite a while and was wondering if you could get a mount for a barrel of a 22 airgun. I know they do a plastic one which goes on the top of a scope but that is not good as every time I take it in and out of the slip it screws up and I have to re zero it. So does any one know where I can get a mount that fits on the barrel for a crosman lazer.

Also while I am asking questions here’s another for anyone who can help, does anyone know where you can get good quality sheath knives from of the net.

hi mate. you need to measure your barrel, beamshot mounts are much better than the crossman ****, they are ally with a protective cover inside. if your barrel is between 12-16mm mail me. gas rams are brilliant, there is still alot of recoil but its sharper and more predictable, make sure you put the right caliber in though. 25 minute job to fit it in and your gun will be transformed. hope this helps. ps i know someone who gets them from the manufactuer that theoben gets them from so if you are near cambridge could get you a saving.

mark do u know if the beamshot lazer mounts will fit on the crossman lazer, as different lazers have different diameters, have also found that the crossman lazer its self is very good the only bad thing is the mounts. it hold the beem together well but it is let down by the crappy mounts.

hi there with regards to the BSA gasramed lighting.

it turns them from a decent little gun into a VERY decent gun! having owned a standard lighting then given the chance ot have a go on a gas ram one i was amazed at the difference to shooting it that it made the reciol was a lot more managable and as a result the acuracy came down to almost 3/4" (thats three quaters!) at 35 yards! but in my oppinion there as well worth the spending out on.

and of your going to do that you might want to look at getting a two stage trigger on as well :yp: in for a penny in for a pound :D the two stage unit off one of these bsa goldstar or superstar i know one of them fits, but have to check on which one.

but you certainly wont be unhappy with the gas ram fitted! had i still got mine that would have had one by now

hope this helps a little

I wouldn't bother with a ram. AA don't use them and to all intents and purposes are the best recoiling guns about. Also Whiscomb don't use them either. A spring will last years with zero maintenance. A ram will not have the same service life. It will make no improvement to accuracy at all but will leave you poorer. Frankly it's a gimmick.

Beamshot mounts are double clamp type so will adapt to a variety of laser sizes. Crosman mounts are a joke.

in my last post on this subject I said I was going out bunny bashing with my mate and is lighting was much more accurate then my 1, I have had ago with his and it improves it no end, but that’s just what I have found,It is also no way near as much recoil
