Wildfowlers are the only lot that would use it and they're not important enough to UK manufacturers to do a production run with such big pellets. The subset of people that would use bismuth BB in the already small subset of shooters that use non-tox on geese means that there's almost no market for a cartridge that sells at 3-5 quid per bang.
