HI All, 

I am after any permissions, ideally pigeons and rabbits with either SGC or FAC in South Oxfordshire, (Didcot, Wantage, Harwell, Upton, Blewbury) or as far down as Newbury, Illsley, Compton etc Also open to anything closer to Witney, Eynsham, Oxford so please get in touch. Been shooting 20+yrs and fully insured, Age 37 , own transport, and happy to shoot in a group or as a pair.

Hello, Start with some Beating on a Game shoot, With the season coming up I am sure they will be vacancies , Hendred Gun Shop may know where one may need extra help, Although most have their regular people who have been going years to the same shoot, You could also try in the gun shops at Witney and Thame,

I agree with the above member , the chances of you getting any shooting on land being used for game shooting is virtually nil with Partridge and duck shooting starting in a matter of days , again all ready said is to make yourself available on the game shoots , either as a beater or helping out in any other way , you can then get talking to like minded people and doors might begin to open , but asking for it on the forum will bring you very little , if any response . GOOD LUCK as you might well need it .

Thanks guys, I will touch base at DB's and with Francis in Witney in the next few weeks and see how I get on. I have had a lot of luck with friends in Witney/Brize area over the last few years but moving closer to Didcot has left me a little dry and 40+ minutes is a bit of a commute alongside other commitments. 

I am more than happy to beat or assist with a shoot so I'll get my details around the local area and see what happens.
