Guest The Outlaw
Am I seeing things? I thought I saw something about a moderated .410. Is this a 410 shot gun with a sound moderator or am I full of it? Tony

vole
H Outlaw.I use a moderated 12g. The mod is a bit of a beast but its a handy tool.especially with subsonics.I use it for rabbits in gardens, never a complaint.
BigGun1
I have fitted a mod on my webly and scott .410 BA and it's great for sneaky shoots in noise sensative areas and it's great! If you use subsonic ammo! I reload fireformed annealed .303 cases and it works great and is much cheaper! Do it! get one now!

Hi BigGun1, any chance of some more details on the way you reload .303 cases please?
BigGun1
Hi! http://www.endtimesreport.com/410reloading.html I found this site very informative but for the annealing I use the 'heat the brass in a cooking dish then knock them over' I'm not into having pots of molten lead and ice cold water within a few inches of each other! It's all a bit trial and hopefully not too much error to make the rounds just subsonic, I have had some where the shot 'pops' out and lands at your feet but think I have the measure of it now! Take care, BE SAFE, and enjoy! And before anyone sends me PM's yes I am aware that reloadin is damn dangerous, but I am VERY causious and allways start with minimum loads and work up.
